Articles, checklists and tools on this site (including the water damage checker, the mold risk timer and the insurance claim checklist) are general information to help you think through a situation. They are not an inspection, an estimate, or legal, insurance or medical advice.
Your insurance policy and your insurance company decide what is covered. If you are unsure about your safety, leave the home and call the appropriate emergency service.
Online requests and scheduling
Sending a request or picking a visit time through this site puts you on our schedule. We will call to lock in the visit. A request made online is not a contract for work.
Any restoration or repair work is covered by a separate written agreement that you sign before work begins.
Using the site
Please do not misuse the site, for example by submitting false requests, trying to break into it, or uploading anything that is not related to your property or request.
